Job summary

TeamCraft Roofing, Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Superintendent to lead multiple production crews, ensure safety and quality, and manage daily operations in the field. The role requires 3–5 years of construction management experience (superintendent) and 2–3 years in roofing, fluent English, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license.

100% travel is expected. Company offers a structured bonus plan after 90 days, health and life insurance options, a company vehicle and gas

• Must speak English fluently; Spanish/Vietnamese a plus.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED: looking for someone who is willing to travel and stay at a location for several weeks at a time!!!

Job Responsibilities:

The Commercial Roofing Superintendent is responsible for:

• Planning, organizing and overseeing the daily activities of multiple production crews.
• Must designate material staging areas.
• Must be able to oversee and train individuals in roofing system installation.
• Must manager crew personnel scheduling and issues.
• Must be responsibility for installing roofing systems with the highest degree of quality, in the safest and most cost effective manner.

Compensation: A qualified candidate will be offered a competitive base salary ($70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year) along with excellent benefits:

• A structured bonus salary plan after 90 day performance evaluation

All offers will be made on a 90 day trial basis. After 90 days of work there will be a performance evaluation to determine whether or not you are a good fit for the position.

What we look for in new team members:

• 3-5 years minimum Construction Management (Superintendent) experience, 2-3 years’ experience in Roofing Industry
• Must speak English fluently, Spanish/Vietnamese a Plus!
