MPI is seeking a Permanent Superintendent to oversee daily construction site activities in North Carolina. You will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site crews to keep work aligned with plans and schedules.

You will review drawings, monitor quality, safety, and progress, maintain site records, and communicate with stakeholders. The role offers a competitive salary, vehicle allowance, and a discretionary bonus.

What's on Offer

• Permanent Superintendent position.
• Salary of $110,000 to $145,000.
• Vehicle allowance of $600 per month.
• Discretionary bonus, averaging around 10%.
