Job summary

MPI seeks a Lead Superintendent to lead all on-site construction for a $55M student housing project in Raleigh, NC. You will manage safety, quality, schedule and field operations from start to finish, coordinating subcontractors, vendors and stakeholders to deliver on time and to spec.

You’ll collaborate with preconstruction and project management teams, support mobilization, and proactively resolve field challenges while maintaining project schedules and quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Student housing experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in superintendent leadership roles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training and onboarding.
• Experience within the Raleigh, NC market preferred.

Profile

• Proven experience delivering multifamily construction projects from start to finish.
• Student housing experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in either superintendent leadership roles.
• Ability to work independently with minimal training and onboarding.
• Experience within the Raleigh, NC market preferred.
• Open to relocation, although local market experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial or residential construction projects.
