Scott Humphrey Corporation in North Carolina seeks an on-site Lead Superintendent to drive Commercial and Industrial projects from ground up through completion.

You will oversee field operations, develop schedules, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety to meet deadlines. Travel to project sites may be required as projects progress.

Job description

Top Ranked General Contractor actively seeking a Superintendent to lead their Commercial and Industrial projects through completion. The Lead Superintendent will have the opportunity to work on site for projects.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Superintendent will have a strong track record of completing Ground Up New Construction, Renovations, and Tenant Improvements of Commercial projects such as K-12 schools, Higher Education, Hotels, and Tilt-Wall Industrial, ensuring their successful delivery within schedule and budget along with the ability to manage vendors, subcontractors, field staff throughout projects.

Select Responsibilities:

CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3-5 years of Lead Superintendent experience.
• Exceptional knowledge of construction processes and procedures; ability to successfully manage complex projects through to completion
• Soft skills such as good verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be willing to travel on site to locations.
