gpac is seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent in Missoula, MT, to lead ground-up projects typically exceeding $50M. You will plan and execute daily field operations, coordinate schedules, and supervise all construction activities to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10-15+ years in GC environments, hands-on carpentry experience, strong blueprint-reading skills, OSHA familiarity, and a proven leadership record working with clients and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of construction industry experience.
• Hands-on carpentry experience.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing projects.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations.
• Ability to read and evaluate blueprints and relevant contract documents.
• Experience with construction-related software is desirable.
• Understands and promotes the "team" concept.
• Ability to develop/maintain a positive working relationship with clients, the public, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

A well established diverse commercial General Contractor is searching for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent. They are looking for someone with 10-15+ years of experience as a Superintendent working for a General Contractor doing ground-up Commercial projects ideally in excess of $50M managing all divisions from Earthwork to Finishes.
