Job summary

gpac, a leading recruiting firm, is seeking a Superintendent for a top General Contractor client in the Charlotte, NC area. You will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in construction and prior Superintendent experience, with strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate crews, vendors, and schedules. Our client offers an industry-leading compensation package and a supportive, growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 5+ years of construction experience.
• Previous Superintendent experience with ability to manage multiple projects.

Qualifications For Project Manager

• Four-year degree from an accredited university within the construction, engineering, or business concentrations preferred, but not required
• 5+ years' experience in construction
• Previous experience in a Superintendent role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
• Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired results
• Take initiative and seek responsibility
• Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
