Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Superintendent with commercial and multifamily experience to join our Washington, D.C. team on a long-term basis.

You will lead ground-up construction projects, manage crews, and partner with project teams to deliver on schedule and budget. We offer a stable workload, strong backlog from repeat clients, and a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $110k-$140k plus bonus and benefits such as PTO, health, dental, vision, and a 401k plan.
