MPI, a leading builder, is hiring an Assistant Superintendent - Multifamily in Arlington, VA. You will support daily management of multifamily projects, coordinate subcontractors, monitor schedules, and ensure safety and quality on site.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of construction experience, ideally within multifamily, residential, commercial, wood-frame, concrete, or steel construction.

• Understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and project documentation.
• Willingness to learn and grow into a Superintendent-level position.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors or field operations is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong commitment to jobsite safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities
