Job summary

Talently in Philadelphia on site is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial projects across retail, office, hospitality, and restaurant environments. You will coordinate trades, manage schedules, and ensure safe, high-quality, and timely delivery in collaboration with project managers, owners, inspectors, and partners.

You should have strong experience in commercial construction management, plan reading, OSHA knowledge, and a proven ability to guide field staff

Qualifications
