This role demands hands-on leadership on busy job sites, strong coordination with owners, architects, and subcontractors, and a proven track record delivering complex projects on aggressive schedules.

You will oversee daily field operations, scheduling, safety, quality control, and closeout activities, ensuring compliance with plans and specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial general contracting.
• Ground-up commercial construction experience required.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and sequencing.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Proven leadership and subcontractor coordination skills.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• OSHA knowledge and commitment to jobsite safety.

Responsibilities
