Jobot seeks a Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects in the Boston area, ranging from $10M to $80M+. You will supervise daily on-site operations from mobilization through closeout, develop detailed schedules, coordinate subs, and ensure quality standards.

This role requires 7+ years of superintendent experience with a commercial GC, familiarity with higher education or institutional projects, strong leadership and communication, and deep knowledge of the Boston market.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of superintendent experience in commercial GC.
• Experience on higher education or institutional projects preferred.
• Strong scheduling experience; P6 or MS Project exposure a plus.

Responsabilités

Job Details

We are seeking a Superintendent to lead ground-up and renovation projects ranging from $10M-$80M+ in the commercial and academic sectors.

• Lead daily on-site operations from mobilization through closeout


• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules


• Coordinate subcontractors and enforce quality standards


• Manage site safety and ensure compliance with all regulations


• Oversee logistics planning for tight urban and occupied campus environments


• Run OAC and subcontractor coordination meetings


• Partner closely with Project Management and Preconstruction teams


• Maintain strong client relationships on-site

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial GC


• Experience on higher education or institutional projects preferred


• Strong scheduling experience (P6 or MS Project exposure a plus)


• Proven ability to manage complex phasing and occupied renovations


• Excellent leadership and communication skills


• Deep understanding of Boston construction market dynamics
