Jobot is seeking a seasoned Commercial Superintendent to lead ground-up and complex renovation projects in the Greater Boston area. You will oversee all aspects from planning through completion, coordinating with PMs, architects, and engineers to deliver on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Experience in quality control, blueprint reading, contract management, safety management, understanding of building codes, construction safety, and materials management.
• Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and understand complex blueprints and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
• Proven track record of managing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
