Our client is a well-established Chicago-based commercial general contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality construction projects. They are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join their team and lead projects throughout the greater Chicago area.

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day field management of commercial construction projects, serving as the primary leader in delivering exceptional projects safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

Position Overview

The Construction Superintendent will be responsible for the day-to-day field management of commercial construction projects, serving as the primary leader on site. The ideal candidate will have significant experience managing luxury retail, high-end hospitality, and other complex commercial interiors.

This individual will coordinate subcontractors, vendors, project teams, and site activities while maintaining a strong focus on quality, schedule, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Strong understanding of OSHA and jobsite safety requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
• Proficiency with construction/project management software is a plus.
