Jobot is seeking a Commercial Superintendent for a top-tier GC in Minneapolis, MN, offering a salary of $115,000 to $150,000 per year. This role leads field operations across multiple commercial projects, mentors Superintendents and Foremen, and ensures safety, quality, and on‑time delivery.

With 8–15+ years in commercial construction and 5+ years in leadership, you will drive planning, site logistics, and subcontractor performance while maintaining strong client relationships and open‑book

Qualifications

• 8–15+ years of commercial construction experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role (Superintendent, Senior Superintendent, or similar).
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and field teams.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Experience with project management and construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for all field operations across multiple commercial construction projects
• Manage, mentor, and develop Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff
• Oversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and labor coordination
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, and production standards
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, executives, and clients
• Lead preconstruction planning, site logistics, and execution strategies
• Monitor subcontractor performance and enforce accountability standards
• Drive job site efficiency, problem-solving, and proactive decision‑making
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations
