Talent Edge Recruiting in Reno, NV is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and public projects across Northern Nevada. This hands-on field leadership role oversees scheduling, safety, quality, and site execution for projects ranging from $15M to $100M, with a company truck and gas card provided.

You will partner with Project Managers, mentor field personnel, enforce specs, and manage subcontractors; 10+ years experience and CMAR experience required;

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience, ideally at the Superintendent/Senior Superintendent level.
• Public CMAR experience required.
• Experience with commercial, public/institutional, industrial, office, or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Experience managing projects in the $15M–$100M range strongly preferred.
• Strong scheduling experience with Microsoft Project.
• Proficiency with Procore.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Proven ability to lead large subcontractor teams and maintain accountability in the field.

Reno, NV | Primarily Field-Based

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead large-scale commercial and public construction projects throughout Northern Nevada. This is a hands‑on field leadership role with a well‑established design‑build contractor managing projects typically ranging from $15M to $100M

The Superintendent will take ownership of day‑to‑day field operations, project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, and overall jobsite execution. Most projects are within 50–75 miles of Reno, with occasional projects located farther throughout Nevada. A company truck and gas card are provided.

Base Salary: $140,000–$160,000, depending on experience, plus an annual discretionary bonus.
