Job summary

AHU Technologies Pvt Ltd in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Superintendent II to lead daily field operations on commercial and multifamily projects. You should have 5–10+ years in construction and a proven ability to manage field teams on tight schedules.

This on-site role requires coordinating with owners, architects, inspectors, and trades, enforcing OSHA, reading plans, and developing schedules with Project Managers. Procore/Bluebeam/Microsoft Project experience is a plus; OSHA 30 preferred.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of construction field experience, including 3+ years supervising field operations.
• Proven background in Commercial or Multifamily construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings, interpret specs, and manage fast-paced field environments.
• Knowledge of Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project for scheduling.
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred (or ability to obtain).
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management/Engineering preferred, or equivalent field experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily jobsite operations, subcontractor sequencing, and workforce productivity.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules in partnership with Project Managers.
• Enforce OSHA compliance, conduct daily site inspections, and maintain jobsite records.
• Lead project startup, site logistics, QA/QC, punch list completion, and project closeout.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison for owners, architects, inspectors, and trades.
