Job summary

Jobot seeks a seasoned Field Supervisor to lead heavy civil construction projects across the United States. You will oversee day-to-day field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and owners, enforce safety policies, review drawings and schedules, and maintain thorough documentation to support project planning and closeout.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of field supervision experience in heavy civil or infrastructure construction.
• Proven track record managing crews and subcontractors.
• OSHA certification and commitment to safety culture.
• Strong scheduling and cost-control understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations and ensure that all project work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability.
• OSHA safety certification and a commitment to maintaining a strong safety culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
