Prince Contracting, LLC is seeking a skilled Bridge Foreman based in Augusta, GA. You will manage and schedule bridge foremen and subcontractors, ensuring work aligns with plans, specs, and safety requirements.

The role supports estimators and engineers, oversees construction activities to meet schedules and budgets, and reviews project performance to implement corrective actions. A strong focus on communication and crane/rigging knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of bridge experience in heavy/highway/bridge construction.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports.
• Ability to think independently and solve problems.
• Ability to interpret crane load charts.
• Ability to erect/set grade for bridge deck screed.
• Knowledge of crane hand signals and rigging techniques.
• Excellent driving record.

Job Description - This position will be based out of Augusta, GA.

• Manage and schedule bridge foremen and subcontractors
• Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions
• Manage all the construction activities of the project in accordance with contract specifications and drawings and in full compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations
• Execute construction activities in compliance with the applicable schedule and budget
• Review project performance on a continuing basis and recommend to project manager corrective actions as required
• Implement the Company policies and procedures as required
• Assist with On-the-Job Training

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of bridge experience in Heavy/Highway/Bridge construction
• Excellent interpersonal skills to include strong verbal and written communication
• Must possess knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports
• Must be able to think independently and solve problems effectively
• Must be able to interpret crane load charts
• Must be able to erect/set grade for bridge deck screed
• Must possess knowledge of proper crane hand signals and proper rigging techniques
• Must have an excellent driving record
