Job summary

Prince in Augusta, GA is seeking a seasoned bridge foreman to lead field teams and subcontractors on heavy/highway projects. You will coordinate activities, ensure safety compliance, and align work with contract drawings and schedules.

Responsibilities include mentoring crew, assisting estimators and engineers, and enforcing company policies while maintaining project performance and adherence to budget.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of bridge experience in heavy/highway construction.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports.
• Ability to think independently and solve problems.
• Ability to interpret crane load charts.
• Ability to erect/set grade for bridge deck screed.
• Knowledge of crane hand signals and rigging techniques.
• Excellent driving record.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 - 7 years of bridge experience in Heavy/Highway/Bridge construction
• Excellent interpersonal skills to include strong verbal and written communication
• Must possess knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports
• Must be able to think independently and solve problems effectively
• Must be able to interpret crane load charts
• Must be able to erect/set grade for bridge deck screed
• Must possess knowledge of proper crane hand signals and proper rigging techniques
• Must have an excellent driving record
