Job summary

Prince Contracting, LLC seeks a Bridge Foreman with 5–7 years of heavy/highway bridge experience to lead foremen and subcontractors on a Florida project. You will coordinate field activities, review drawings, and ensure safety, quality, and environmental compliance.

The role requires independent problem solving, knowledge of FDOT contracts, and crane operations with proper hand signals and rigging. Strong communication and a clean driving record are essential to deliver work on schedule and

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5-7 years of bridge experience in Heavy/Highway/Bridge construction.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to include strong verbal and written communication.
• Must possess knowledge of FDOT contracts, specifications, and reports.
• Must be able to think independently and solve problems effectively.
• Must be able to interpret crane load charts.
• Must be able to erect/set grade for bridge deck screed.
• Must possess knowledge of proper crane hand signals and proper rigging techniques.
• Must have an excellent driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage and schedule bridge foremen and subcontractors.
• Assist estimators and engineers with quantities and productions.
• Manage all the construction activities of the project in accordance with contract specifications and drawings and in full compliance with applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Execute construction activities in compliance with the applicable schedule and budget.
• Review project performance on a continuing basis and recommend to project manager corrective actions as required.
• Implement the Company policies and procedures as required.
• Assist with On-the-Job Training.
