Job summary

LeoForce, a Colorado-based commercial contractor, seeks a Superintendent to lead complex aerospace, SCIF, and secure facility projects. You will run field operations, coordinate subs, maintain schedules, and ensure safety and quality while communicating with clients and project teams.

This role requires 8+ years in commercial construction, prior superintendent experience, Procore proficiency, and a strong focus on documentation, T&M tracking, RFIs, and field changes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of commercial construction field experience.
• Prior Superintendent experience.
• Experience with aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, mission-critical, healthcare, data center, or technical commercial projects preferred.
• Procore experience required.
• Strong knowledge of safety, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality control, and field documentation.
• Experience managing T&M work.
• OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, site logistics, safety, schedule, quality, and inspections.
• Manage aerospace, SCIF, laboratory, secure facility, technical TI, and other complex commercial projects.
• Maintain daily reports, photos, punch lists, look-aheads, and project documentation in Procore.
• Track and document T&M work, including labor, materials, equipment, tickets, approvals, and backup.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, schedules, specifications, and field changes.
• Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and project-specific safety/security requirements.
• Communicate proactively with Project Managers, clients, design teams, inspectors, subcontractors, and leadership.
• Mentor younger superintendents, assistant superintendents, foremen, and field staff.
