LeoForce in Ames, IA is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead projects from early planning through construction start. You will coordinate on-site activities, manage crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure work aligns with plans and specs.

The role emphasizes safety, regulatory compliance, budget and schedule control, and proactive stakeholder communication to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Plan and coordinate all construction activities on site to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.
• Manage and supervise construction personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans and specifications.
• Ensure all construction activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
• Monitor and control project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project status, changes, and risks.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders, including local officials, property owners, and other community members.
• Maintain a safe and secure work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures, conducting safety meetings, and responding to safety incidents.
