Job summary

The Nearview Group is seeking a hands-on Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects in Oklahoma City. You will coordinate on-site activities, direct craft labor and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years leading large-scale construction, strong scheduling and QA/QC knowledge, and experience with Procore or Autodesk Construction Cloud. OSHA 30 is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading field operations on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance.
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and crews.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud or similar software.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day field operations and coordinate all on-site construction activities
• Manage and direct craft labor, field personnel, and subcontractors to maintain productivity and project timelines
• Assist with workforce planning, staffing decisions, and performance management of field personnel
• Coordinate inspections, material deliveries, equipment utilization, and site logistics
• Review project costs, field expenditures, and supporting documentation for accuracy and proper coding
• Maintain compliance with all applicable employment, safety, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience leading field operations on commercial, industrial, healthcare, multifamily, education, or other large-scale construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, scheduling, quality control, and safety compliance
• Proven ability to manage multiple subcontractors and maintain project schedules
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with construction management platforms such as Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar software
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
