Job summary

G&E Partners seeks a Lead Superintendent with data center experience for upcomingprojects with a Top ENR commercial GC. You will lead on-site execution and drive progress across multiple data center locations.

You will oversee drawings, safety, schedules, and QA, while coordinating diverse teams and vendors. Expect frequent travel and strong compensation with growth potential and project bonuses.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive construction management experience on the General Contractor side overseeing large-scale ground-up data center projects $100M+.
• Proven track record with Top ENR-ranked General Contractors.
• 5+ years of continuous service at a single company.
• Extensive experience across various ground-up commercial construction sectors.
• Data Centers on the GC side required.
• Must be comfortable with working onsite.
• Must be open to a full time travelling role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction and deployment activities at multiple data center sites, ensuring project quality, safety, and timelines
• Coordinate and supervise onsite teams, subcontractors, and vendors across rotating project locations
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution and site readiness
• Conduct site inspections, maintain documentation, and provide progress updates to project leadership
• Troubleshoot onsite issues and ensure compliance with data center standards and regulatory requirements
• Travel frequently (up to 75%+) to support active builds, retrofits, and expansion projects.

In this role, you will join a leading GC, driving the growth and expansion of their key mission critical division, with a clear path for progression.

• Oversee day-to-day construction and deployment activities at multiple data center sites, ensuring project quality, safety, and timelines
• Coordinate and supervise onsite teams, subcontractors, and vendors across rotating project locations
• Review drawings, specifications, and schedules to ensure accurate execution and site readiness
