Job Details

We are seeking an exceptional Permanent Senior Superintendent for Data Center Ground Up Construction to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This role is vital in ensuring the successful execution of our projects, from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, ensuring that specifications are being followed, and work is proceeding on schedule and within budget.

This role requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual who can confidently manage complex construction projects and lead teams to success. Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Review and analyze project specifications, architectural plans, and blueprints to ensure project requirements are met.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring all tasks are performed efficiently and safely.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the construction site, including quality control, safety, and communication with project stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other construction specialists, providing valuable input based on your expertise.
• Implement and enforce site safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
• Regularly inspect the construction site to ensure work is proceeding according to plan and that all regulations are being followed.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, keeping them informed about project status and any potential issues.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Superintendent, Mission Critical Superintendent, Data Center Superintendent, or in a similar role within ground up construction.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing complex construction projects, preferably in the data center environment.
• Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Excellent leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail, with the ability to foresee potential problems and implement solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Certification in construction safety or related field is a plus.
