Job summary

GH Engage seeks a traveling Superintendent with data center CSA experience to lead field work on a hyperscale project in Childress, TX. The role requires coordinating subs, site logistics, schedules and safety on large, fast-paced jobs.

Travel to Childress for the duration of the project. Base salary up to $165k with a 10–20% bonus and per diem up to $50k. Medical, dental and vision, 401(k) and PTO are provided, with long-term career development through an established contractor.

Qualifications

• Superintendent with ground-up data center or mission-critical project experience.
• CSA experience (civil, structural, architectural) incl. foundations and building envelope.

Responsibilities

We’re partnering with a well-established national General Contractor looking for a Superintendent with data center CSA experience to lead field work on a major hyperscale data center project in Childress, Texas.

This is an opportunity to take a lead field role on large scale, mission critical construction with a strong long-term project pipeline.
