Job summary

Corevia Search is seeking a CSA Project Manager for a ground-up hyperscale data center in Texas. This fully onsite role will own the CSA scope from site preparation through handover, coordinating with the Project Director, design teams and major subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery.

The successful candidate will have GC/Construction Manager experience, a proven data center track record, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• GC or Construction Manager experience is essential.
• At least one data center or mission-critical project delivered is essential.
• Strong track record in CSA project management on large, complex construction projects.
• Experience managing large civil, concrete and steel subcontractors.
• Solid understanding of how CSA scope interfaces with data center MEP systems.
• Experience with sequencing, logistics and critical path delivery on fast-track projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CSA delivery from preconstruction through sitework, structure, envelope and interiors.
• Manage major civil, concrete, steel, envelope and architectural subcontractors, ensuring schedule, quality and budget.
• Oversee sitework including mass grading, utilities, foundations, roads and paving.
• Drive structural delivery including foundations, concrete, tilt-up/precast, and structural steel.
• Plan sequencing and site logistics so MEP trades start on schedule.
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings and submittals.
• Manage RFIs, change orders, inspections and design coordination to keep the project moving.

CSA Project Manager – Ground-Up Hyperscale Data Center | Texas (100% Onsite) | Up to $330,000 Total Package

Every hyperscale data center starts with the ground it stands on. Before power and cooling can go in, the site, the structure and the building envelope all have to be delivered on time and right first time. That makes the CSA Project Manager critical to the whole program.

One of the Top 25 General Contractors in the US is building a ground-up hyperscale campus in Texas, one of the fastest-growing data center markets in the country. They’re hiring a CSA Project Manager to lead the civil, structural and architectural scope. This is a fully onsite role, based on the project from site preparation through to building completion and handover.

What you’ll lead

You’ll be based on site every day, owning the full CSA package and working closely with the Project Director, design teams, major trade partners and the client. You’ll:

• Lead CSA delivery from preconstruction through sitework, structure, envelope and interiors
• Manage major civil, concrete, steel, envelope and architectural subcontractors, holding them to schedule, quality and budget
• Oversee sitework, including mass grading, underground utilities, foundations, roads and paving
• Drive structural delivery, including foundations, concrete, tilt-up or precast, and structural steel
• Plan sequencing and site logistics so MEP trades can start on schedule
• Review drawings, specifications, shop drawings and technical submittals
• Manage RFIs, change orders, inspections and design coordination to keep the project moving
