InfraRec. is seeking a Superintendent to lead multiple line crews in Texas for a growing electrical T&D contractor within a national group.

You’ll manage transmission and distribution construction, enforce on-site safety, and coordinate with utility inspectors and engineers to keep projects on schedule. The ideal candidate has a Journeyman Lineman background with 3+ years leading foremen, hands-on overhead T&D and storm-response experience, a strong safety record, and the ability to read prints.

Qualifikationen

• Journeyman Lineman background with 3+ years leading foremen or general foremen.
• Overhead T&D construction, energised work and storm response experience.
• Strong safety record and ability to stop a job when not safe.
• Solid ability to read prints, staking sheets and work packages.
• Willingness to travel for storm work.

Crews follow people, not titles. We want the superintendent they’d follow anywhere: up a structure, into a storm, or through a tight outage window.

Our client is a long-established electrical infrastructure contractor and part of a national T&D group serving investor-owned utilities, electric co-ops and municipalities across the US. They’re growing their Texas operation and need a proven field leader to run crews, keep everyone safe and get the work done right first time.

What you’ll do

• Lead multiple line crews on transmission and distribution construction and maintenance
• Own safety on site: tailboards, job briefings and zero shortcuts
• Plan daily work, manage manpower and equipment, and keep jobs on schedule
• Be the client’s go-to person in the field, building trust with utility inspectors and engineers
