Job summary

Salesforce Sites seeks an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial, industrial, and large-scale construction projects in the Dallas–Fort Worth market. You will manage crews, schedules, and safety programs to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.

The role requires a Texas license (Journeyman or Master) and 5+ years in senior field leadership, with strong NEC knowledge and blueprint-reading skills. Travel across the Dallas area is expected as needed.

Qualifications

  • Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license is required.
  • 5+ years in a superintendent or senior field leadership role preferred.
  • Strong commercial/industrial electrical construction experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the NEC.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise daily field operations on electrical construction projects in the DFW area.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources to meet schedules.
  • Develop and maintain short-term construction schedules and daily work plans.
  • Monitor workforce productivity and ensure proper manpower utilization.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate field personnel.
  • Coordinate activities with project managers, general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades.
  • Conduct regular jobsite inspections for quality and code compliance.
  • Maintain daily reports, timekeeping, safety documentation, and project logs.
  • Identify and resolve field issues impacting schedules, budgets, or productivity.
  • Ensure all installations comply with NEC and project specs.
  • Assist in workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
  • Promote safety and accountability on all jobsites.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates to leadership.
  • Manage performance, coaching, and evaluations.
  • Coordinate material deliveries to support schedules.

Our client, a well-established electrical contractor with a strong presence throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market, is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations on commercial, industrial, and large-scale construction projects.
This position is ideal for a hands‑on leader with extensive electrical construction experience who can effectively manage crews, maintain production schedules, uphold quality standards, and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise daily field operations on electrical construction projects throughout the DFW area.
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and project resources to meet schedule requirements.

  • Manage employee performance, coaching, corrective actions, and performance evaluations as needed.
  • Coordinate material deliveries to support project schedules and avoid delays.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support successful project execution.
Qualifications
  • Valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
  • 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent or Senior Field Leadership role preferred.
  • Strong commercial and industrial electrical construction experience.
  • Thorough understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
  • Experience managing crews, schedules, and multiple project priorities.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Knowledge of project scheduling and estimating processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and construction‑related software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Dallas‑Fort Worth metroplex and surrounding project areas as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to work in outdoor construction environments and varying weather conditions.
  • Frequent standing, walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, and lifting.
  • Ability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing 50+ pounds.
  • Must wear required PPE on all jobsites.
  • Ability to work overtime and flexible schedules when project demands require.
