Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks a Superintendent for multifamily construction in Tampa, FL. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of superintendent experience, plus a background in ground-up multifamily projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience.
• Multifamily construction experience preferred.
• Experience leading ground-up projects from sitework through turnover.
• Strong scheduling and field coordination skills.
• Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project quality.
• Thorough understanding of construction safety practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion.
• Ensure quality standards are met throughout construction.
• Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders.
• Enforce jobsite safety and maintain a clean, organized site.
• Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
