Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily projects.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance.

• Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to leadership.
• Identify and resolve field issues and conflicts promptly.
• Ensure all work adheres to safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, inspections, and final completion.

We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent with multifamily new build experience to join an established General Contractor in Orlando, Florida.

The Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day field operations of multifamily construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Superintendent looking to join a growing contractor with a strong pipeline of multifamily projects across the Central Florida market.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all day-to-day field operations for ground-up multifamily construction projects
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and onsite personnel

• Coordinate daily activities with the Project Manager and wider project team
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
• Review plans, specifications, and project documents to identify potential issues
• Manage site logistics, sequencing, and manpower requirements
• Lead weekly subcontractor and coordination meetings
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project leadership
• Identify and resolve field issues and conflicts in a timely manner
• Ensure all work is completed in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA requirements
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, inspections, and final completion

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction experience, with a strong background in multifamily construction or relevant project experience
• Ground-up multifamily construction experience is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
