The Superintendent will play a critical role in translating architectural plans into finished projects while keeping trades accountable, anticipating potential delays, and maintaining progress from start to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the construction schedule for assigned projects, coordinating subcontractors, material deliveries, inspections, and project milestones to keep work on track.
• Read, interpret, and work directly from architectural residential building plans, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure all work conforms to the approved design and documented details.
• Oversee daily job‑site operations for high‑end residential construction and remodeling projects.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Construction Superintendent, Residential Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, or similar field leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural residential building plans, construction drawings, and detailed specifications.
• Demonstrated ability to develop, manage, and maintain construction schedules while holding subcontractors accountable to deadlines.
• Solid understanding of residential construction methods, sequencing, materials, and building practices.
• Experience overseeing multiple trades and coordinating complex job‑site activities.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly when reviewing work against architectural drawings and design specifications.
• Ability to identify construction discrepancies, anticipate challenges, and resolve field issues efficiently.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to set expectations and maintain accountability among subcontractors.
• Experience in luxury custom homes, high‑end residential construction, architectural renovations, or design‑build projects is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting, and inspection processes is a plus.
