Qualifications

• Carpentry background preferred.
• Broad residential construction knowledge across trades.
• Prior superintendent experience on custom residential projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 1–2+ active jobs, adjusting site presence as required
• Coordinate, schedule, and supervise subcontractors across various trades
• Perform daily logs and manage quality, safety, and site cleanliness
• Engage in hands-on work during project initiation and closeout phases
• Conduct occasional light carpentry and repairs as needed
• Travel to suppliers and maintain organized job sites and vehicles
