Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Superintendent to lead hotel renovation and hospitality tenant improvements across Southern California. This on-site, permanent role focuses on occupied/phased renovations, safety, schedule, and quality in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage on-site activities, subcontractors, and daily site operations, with a 5+ year GC background, OSHA 30 preferred, and Procore proficiency. Salary ranges from $120,000 to $160,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor.
• Strong experience with hospitality/hotel renovations (required).
• Experience working in occupied/phased construction environments.
• Proven ability to manage schedules, subcontractors, and field coordination.
• Strong understanding of plans, specs, and construction sequencing.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Procore or similar construction management software knowledge.
