Qualifications

• 5+ years as a GC Superintendent on hospitality projects.
• Experience with hotel renovations and occupied/ phased builds.
• Proficient in coordinating field operations and schedules.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Procore or similar CM software experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities for hotel renovation projects.
• Manage subcontractors, scheduling, and daily site operations.
• Coordinate phased construction in occupied environments with minimal disruption.
• Enforce OSHA safety standards and maintain site cleanliness.
• Conduct daily logs, site walks, and quality control inspections.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure plans/spec compliance.
• Partner with Project Managers on RFIs, schedules, and change orders.
• Oversee punch list completion and project closeout.
