The ideal candidate has ground-up experience on K-12 or higher education projects, with leadership and mentoring skills, strong communication, and good math and computer aptitude.

The Ideal Superintendent Will have:

• Ground up experience with K-12 or Higher Education projects.
• Healthcare, Education, Multi-family, Senior Living, Mixed-use, experience a plus
• Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, highly organized, motivator, ability to prioritize, strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to evaluate staff strengths and weaknesses and provide training to enhance personnel, disciplined and organized thinker,
• Excellent teaching and mentoring skills
• Strong mathematical and computer aptitude is also necessary.
