Qualifications

• Experience as a Superintendent on commercial or institutional projects.
• Background in healthcare, higher education, K-12, or similar markets preferred.
• Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills.
• Ability to manage schedules, site logistics, and project documentation.
• Commitment to safety and delivering high-quality work.
