GH Engage in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead day-to-day site operations on ground-up and TI commercial projects. This role will ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery while coordinating with a collaborative team.

The successful candidate will bring proven Superintendent experience, a strong safety focus, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage subcontractors and project teams in a dynamic local market.

They are looking to bring on an experienced Superintendent to support a growing pipeline of commercial builds in Phoenix Arizona. This role will be key in leading site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while working alongside a well-established and collaborative team.

The position offers a consistent pipeline of work in Phoenix, with projects primarily local to the area, providing strong long-term stability and minimal travel requirements.
