A well-established and reputable commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee interior build-out and tenant improvement projects across the Phoenix metro area. This is a permanent position with long-term growth potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead daily site operations for fast-paced commercial interior and TI projects
• Coordinate and supervise all field personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards
• Manage safety compliance, inspections, and documentation
• Interface with clients, architects, and project managers throughout project lifecycle

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction
• Proven track record managing interior/tenant fit-out projects in sectors like office, retail, or healthcare
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, safety regulations, and field coordination
• Solid communication and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and trades efficiently
• OSHA 30 preferred
