Job summary

GH Engage is seeking a Commercial Superintendent for projects in Phoenix, AZ and Albuquerque, NM. The role offers up to $170K plus bonus, plus above-market per diem and lodging covered for out-of-area projects.

We’re partnering with a leading Southwest General Contractor to lead field operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure scheduling, quality control, and safety on a $100M+ project pipeline across the Southwest.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial construction background.
• Experience leading subcontractors and field operations.
• Strong scheduling, quality control, and safety knowledge.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
