Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or industrial construction.
• Experience managing ground up tilt wall and/or light industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of means and methods, scheduling, sequencing, and jobsite logistics.
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively for projects across the United States.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple subcontractors and field teams.
• Experience utilizing construction management software is preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification is preferred.

• Manage project logistics, sequencing, inspections, and closeout activities.
• Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all company and site safety requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and project teams.

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join a growing construction team delivering large scale tilt wall and light industrial projects across the United States.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing all field operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent who enjoys traveling and wants to work on complex, ground up construction projects.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base salary of $120,000 to $160,000, depending on experience
