Just Construction Recruitment is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent for an industrial tilt-wall project in Midland, Texas. The role oversees day-to-day site operations, coordinating subcontractors and critical tilt-wall activities to ensure on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in supervision across industrial/construction sectors, with strong tilt-wall knowledge and hands-on management of foundations, slabs, crane ops and erection.

Formación

• A minimum of 7-10 years' experience in construction site supervision or superintendent roles.
• Proven experience supervising industrial, commercial, warehouse, distribution or manufacturing facility construction.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience of tilt-wall concrete construction.
• Experience managing foundations, concrete slabs, panel casting, crane operations and tilt-wall erection.

Responsabilidades

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of all site construction activities.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Manage tilt-wall construction activities, including foundations, slab-on-grade, panel casting, crane operations, panel lifting and erection.
• Coordinate structural steel installation, roofing, building envelope and MEP activities.
• Ensure construction activities are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and approved construction programmes.
• Develop and manage short-term look-ahead programmes and daily work schedules.

Location: Midland, Texas

The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day site operations and construction delivery of an industrial tilt-wall development in Midland, Texas.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven construction professional with a strong background in industrial, commercial or warehouse construction, ideally with direct experience in tilt-wall concrete construction.

The project forms part of a wider programme of development for a major, established client with an annual turnover exceeding $3 billion.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management and coordination of all site construction activities.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Manage tilt-wall construction activities, including foundations, slab-on-grade, panel casting, crane operations, panel lifting and erection.
