The successful candidate will bring 10+ years in construction project management, with proven experience delivering large-scale industrial facilities and strong expertise in budgets, foundations, building envelope and MEP coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction project management.
• Experience delivering large-scale industrial, commercial, warehouse or manufacturing facilities.
• Expertise in tilt-wall construction, including panel casting, lifting and erection.
• Proven ability to manage projects with budgets of $50 million or more.
• Strong knowledge of foundations, concrete slabs, structural steel, building envelope and MEP coordination.
• Excellent commercial, contractual and financial management capabilities.

The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major $90 million industrial construction project in Midland, Texas.

The project comprises a substantial industrial development extending over 400,000 sq. ft., utilising tilt-wall concrete construction and requiring the coordination and management of multiple complex construction packages.

Our client is a major, established business with an annual turnover exceeding $1 billion, making this a high-profile project with significant commercial importance.

This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take overall responsibility for the delivery of a major industrial development, working with a substantial client organisation and leading a multidisciplinary project team.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• A minimum of 10 years' experience in construction project management, with significant experience delivering large-scale projects.
• Proven experience managing major industrial, commercial, warehouse, distribution or manufacturing facility construction.
• Strong knowledge of tilt-wall concrete construction, including panel casting, lifting, erection and associated structural works.
• Demonstrable experience managing projects with substantial construction budgets, ideally $50 million or above.
• Strong understanding of foundations, concrete slabs, structural steel, building envelope and MEP coordination.
• Excellent commercial, contractual and financial management capabilities.
