Job summary

Centurion Selection, LLC is recruiting a Construction Superintendent to oversee a $20 million ground-up tilt-wall project in Dallas, Texas. This position will take responsibility for daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety and quality through project completion.

The role requires on-site leadership, strong ability to read construction drawings, develop look-ahead schedules and coordinate with the Project Manager to resolve field issues and ensure turnover on time

Qualifications

• Excellent scheduling, safety and quality oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from site preparation to turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors across concrete, tilt-wall erection, structural steel, roofing, MEP and interiors.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules and track progress against milestones.
• Maintain site safety standards and enforce safety procedures.
• Review drawings and specifications and coordinate resolutions with the Project Manager.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain daily reports.
• Manage quality inspections, punch lists and project closeout.

Salary: $125,000 base + truck allowance + bonus + unlimited PTO

Centurion Selection is recruiting a Construction Superintendent to oversee a $20 million ground-up tilt-wall project in Dallas, Texas. This position will take responsibility for daily field operations, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, safety and quality through project completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities from site preparation and foundations through final inspections and turnover.
• Coordinate subcontractors across concrete, tilt-wall erection, structural steel, roofing, MEP and interior scopes.
• Develop and maintain look-ahead schedules, tracking progress against project milestones.
• Maintain site safety standards and enforce project-specific safety procedures.
• Review drawings and specifications, identify field conflicts and coordinate resolutions with the Project Manager.
• Conduct subcontractor coordination meetings and maintain daily reports.
• Manage quality inspections, punch lists and project closeout.

Requirements

• Previous experience serving as the lead Superintendent on ground-up tilt-wall construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects of comparable scope and complexity.
• Strong understanding of concrete foundations, slab placement, tilt-wall panel erection and structural sequencing.
• Ability to read construction drawings and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Strong scheduling, communication and site leadership skills.
• Availability to work on-site in Dallas and start ASAP.
