Job summary

Edco Search in Greenville, SC is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to own delivery of local commercial projects—from mobilisation through closeout—ensuring programme, quality, safety, and client expectations are met at every stage.

You’ll bring 5+ years of commercial construction on-site leadership; manage schedule, subs, inspections, and day-to-day site operations while maintaining strong relationships on the job.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Experience on-site as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Strong communication and leadership to drive performance while maintaining relationships.

The Opportunity

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction
• Experience running projects on site as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Ability to manage schedule, subs, inspections, and day‑to‑day site operations
• Strong communication and leadership style – able to drive performance while maintaining good relationships
