Job summary

Edco Search is seeking a seasoned construction leader for a ground-up multifamily project in Charleston. You will own site delivery from mobilisation through closeout, directing field operations and driving schedule, subcontractor performance, quality and safety.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in ground-up multifamily construction, a proven record leading large projects, and strong communication and leadership to coordinate owners, subcontractors and project teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in construction, with a strong background in ground-up multifamily projects.
• Proven experience running large multifamily projects as a Superintendent or Senior Superintendent.
• Ability to manage schedule, subcontractors, inspections, quality control and day-to-day site operations.
• Strong communication and leadership style – able to drive performance while maintaining good relationships with owners, subcontractors and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Own site delivery on a ground-up multifamily project from mobilisation through closeout.
• Lead field operations and drive schedule, subcontractor performance, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with owners, subcontractors and project teams to maintain relationships and project success.
• Direct day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with plans and specs.
