Job summary

ONCORE CCG seeks an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field operations on a Charleston, SC project. You will oversee staff, plan site logistics, coordinate trades, and maintain schedules to ensure on-time delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in commercial construction supervision, manage $20M+ projects, possess OSHA certification, and are proficient with BIM, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and scheduling tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or Phoenix.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction superintendent experience.
• Proven history managing $20M+ projects.
• OSHA certification required.
• Proficient with Bluebeam, MS Office Suite, and scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera, or Phoenix).
• Hands-on experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• Ability to interpret complex architectural drawings and technical specs.
• Outstanding communication skills and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Site Planning: Develop and execute site logistics plans and conduct constructability reviews.
• Trade Coordination: Schedule and manage trade partners and scope of work.
• Scheduling: Build, update, and manage project schedules, resolving impacts proactively.
• Compliance & Safety: Lead safety enforcement, manage quality control, and coordinate with local authorities and inspectors.
