Job summary

FBC Remodel in Denver, CO seeks a Project Manager who loves construction, client service, and coordinating design and build teams to create joyful spaces.

You will oversee project timelines and profitability, schedule trade partners, visit sites daily, manage change orders and payments, and troubleshoot issues to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential remodeling construction experience.
• Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Experience with customer service and conflict management.
• Estimating experience preferred.
• Construction Management degree preferred.
• Must lift 50 lbs and have a valid drivere2s license.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design/sales and Project Manager to run projects.
• Manage customer service on all assigned projects.
• Conduct daily site visits and communicate with homeowners.
• Oversee project timelines and profitability.
• Schedule trade partners, walk-throughs, layouts, and daily cleanup.
• Coordinate and update trade partners and change orders.
• Collect scheduled payments and change order payments.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve project problems.

Job Details

• Work cooperatively with our design/sales team and Project Manager.
• Manage customer service on all assigned projects.
• Communicate with our homeowners and perform site visits daily.
• Manage all project timelines and project profitability.
• Schedule trade partners for each project, completing walk through, snap layouts and daily clean up.
• Coordinate and update trade partners.
• Communicate and administer change orders.
• Collect all assigned scheduled payments and change order payments.
• Troubleshooting, walking through and resolving any issues that arise.

Salary Range

75,000 – 95,000 + Bonuses and Vehicle Allowance

Requirements

• Successful candidates will possess 2 plus year(s) of residential remodeling construction experience.
• Excel knowledge and other Microsoft familiarity required.
• Experience with customer service and conflict management.
• Estimating experience preferred.
• A Construction Management degree is preferred.
• Experience with customer service and conflict management.

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
