Job summary

Joseph's Remodeling Solutions is seeking a hands-on Superintendent/ Project Leader to manage remodeling projects from start to finish. You will coordinate with team members, architects, and designers, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and experience across plumbing, electrical, tile, and carpentry trades in high-end homes. You will oversee safety, paperwork, and daily field logs, with potential growth within the

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of remodeling experience and leadership experience required.
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, tile and various trades is preferred.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Vocational training preferred.
• Computer and smart-phone literate, proficient with construction management software and email.
• BuilderTrend and Exaktime knowledge is highly desirable but not required.
• Framing experience.
• Custom carpentry experience.
• Interior and exterior remodeling including window and door replacements.
• Cabinet and flooring installation experience a plus.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are required.
• All job sites and properties are tobacco, smoke/vape free.

Responsibilities

• Follow direction; work from building plans and blueprints and communicate with architects and designers.
• Supervise/manage/service subcontractors and customers.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills and works well with homeowners in the high-end remodeling market.
• Daily oversight of project progress, including scheduling, ordering materials, and other jobsite resources.
• Layout and install stairs, doors, windows, trim, cabinets, kitchens, and baths.
• Measure, cut, or shape wood, composite, drywall, and other materials.
• Construct framing for additions, decks, porches, and remodeling projects.
• Perform finish carpentry work.
• Diagnose and remedy older structures in need of repair or renovation.
• Seek additional responsibility and guidance from management to enhance skills and growth.
• Work safely at all times and lead weekly safety meetings.
• Maintain and complete company-required project paperwork.
• Review and verify accuracy of electronic timesheets.
• Post daily job logs in the construction management app.

• Pay: $24-30 per hour Based on Experience

Responsibilities

This is a hands on position working alongside team members.
