I'm partnered with a well-established and highly respected commercial construction firm that is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations and lead the successful execution of commercial construction projects throughout the Delaware/PA markets.

What you will be doing:

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities from project startup through closeout. This individual will serve as the primary field leader, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring quality workmanship throughout the life of each project.

• Manage all day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with contract documents.
• Conduct daily site inspections and quality control reviews.
• Lead jobsite safety meetings and enforce company safety standards.
• Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and project stakeholders.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Owners, Architects, and Engineers.
• Maintain project documentation, daily reports, and progress updates.
• Identify and resolve field issues proactively to minimize project delays.
• Oversee project turnover, punch-list completion, and closeout activities.

What you need for this position:
